Bard and Geary Pacific will provide warranty assistance for the first year of duty for Bard Manufactured products as stated in Geary Pacific's Warranty Policy. Covered, in addition to the first year parts warranty, is labor to replace defective Bard Manufactured products, defects for one year from start up of the unit. See policy for examples for which you will be billed. There will be a $150.00 service handling charge in addition to charges for "out-of-warranty" services performed. This $150.00 service charge does not apply to in-warranty service work. Should payment for service work become delinquent, past the Net 30 day terms, no further service work, in or out of warranty, will be done until the account is returned to "current" status.
